Leigh has over 40 years’ experience within the Finance sector. Having worked for Lloyds Bank for 38 years and spending the majority of his career working with SME businesses across the Midlands and North of England, he believes that understanding the needs of the client is key to identifying the necessary solutions.

Andy previously worked for Lloyds Bank for 40 years, most of his career being spent as a Relationship Manager working with SME businesses in the Merseyside area, specialising in the Real Estate sector.

About Ross Taylor
Ross graduated from the University of Birmingham with an Economics degree in 2007. He has 10 years experience in the financial services sectors with roles in audit, accountancy and banking.
For the 3 years prior to joining BH, Ross worked as a Specialist Business Manager for Lloyds Bank in the Real Estate sector.

About Julian Reaney
Julian has over 20 years of banking experience with Lloyds Bank and Nationwide Building Society. Julian is fully qualified in CeFA, CeMAP, and his most recent qualification was CeRER.
Julian lives in Staffordshire and covers the whole of the country. He prides himself on keeping an in depth and up to date knowledge of both the residential and buy to let mortgage markets, having lots of success in placing investor-led, bespoke property purchases.
